I read this on the train on my way to work on my phone, and began implementing the principles in this book the following day. Fasting has been around for centuries, and for good reason. When done on occasion, it can have tremendous health benefits, and this book covers this concept in great detail.
The book is very informative on several methods of fasting. Its easy to understand. My favorite part was about how to incorporate exercise into your plan and learning to calculate your daily caloric need of macronutrients if you're wanting to build muscle. Pretty concise.
Very precise and very well written explains the right and only way how to fast and be healthy and, eat healthy while fasting. Also, I did not know the benefits on drinking water in which it clears your mind, and helps your kidneys to work the way it should. I will recommend this book for anyone tha wants to learn how to fast in their daily life.
I am relatively new to the practice of fasting for weight loss, so I have been reading a few books here and there on the subject. I like this book, because it is short and easy to read, because it does not have a lot of extra fluff in it. It is clear and to the point. This book goes through the different ways that you can implement this method of fasting. For each option, there is a description, the advantages and the disadvantages. This helps you to see both sides of each option. I appreciate that. If you are interested in intermittent fasting, this book will help you get started.
Despite not being long at all, this is a highly comprehensive book on Intermittent Fasting which teaches you pretty much everything you need to know before adopting such a lifestyle. The author does a great job at answering any question that you may have in a concise manner. I totally recommend this book to building muscle and burning fat simultaneously!

I've heard intermittent fasting thru my friends but we all have to learn so much about it, it's Benifits are great and the diet has also many methods. There's a tendency in a lot of books to make things more complicated than they need to be. Rohmer cuts through all of the complications and gets down to the root of the 20% that brings 80% of the results. I've been intermittent fasting for over 2 years now, and the results have been nothing short of amazing.
Rohmer breaks down the most popular methods of IF and shows you how to get started right away. Highly reccomend this book for anyone looking to learn more about intermittent fasting. You can find a lot of other resources about this topic, but I'd say that this book breaks it down to only the information you need to see results.
